We were craving for a good salmon sushi here in puerto, and we decided to eat here just because they have the seaweed salad and it is nearby. I actually ordered for delivery to my house in town. Delivery was on schedule. I ordered the personal sized baked sushi which came with those flavored mini nori sheets to wrap it in. The rice was soft and the flavors sublte and. I liked the fish roe baked sushi a lot. I also got the seaweed salad which was marinated in a sweet Mirin wine I believe with crunchy sesame seeds to add a nutty flavor. I love this salad and I will order both items again. 4/24 A lot better than other restaurants we had in the Philippines. The large platters are a pretty good deal, although they don’t give you that much fish in the rolls and the rolls are a smaller size. The poke bowl even came with unagi, even though it was like two tiny pieces. The sauces they had on the sushi was good and plentiful though.
