We booked a studio room at La Breza Hotel from March 1-6, expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We noticed the carpet was extremely dusty, which triggered allergies. Small roaches were crawling around, making it clear that cleanliness and pest control were not a priority. The closet had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was even worse—there was a foul stench, and it was evident that the floors had not been properly cleaned. When I wiped the floor with a towel, it turned from white to brown, proving that the floor tiles hadn’t even been bleached. We requested for make up room, but no one came. What made things worse was that my mother and her sister got sick during our stay, likely due to the poor hygiene standards in the hotel. This prompted us to cut our trip short and check out on March 4 instead of our original departure date on March 6. Overall, I would not recommend La Breza Hotel to family or friends, as it is not a conducive place to stay. The management seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and service if they want to provide guests with a decent experience.

This place is absolutely luxurious and elegant. The shisha is amazing, and the coffee is definitely worth trying. The service is fast and attentive The view facing the sea is stunning, adding to the whole experience. Highly recommended; this place is truly worth a visit!

Rooms were not that clean. Bad customer service Phones not working No kettle Aircon not too powerful To think that the room we rented was a suite.

Breakfast was advertised as included for 4 people but they refused and said it is for 2 only even after being shown the still current and active listing.

The first room had no wifi signal so after hours of trying to connect our devices with 4 different staff, they finally agreed to move us to a room with 2 bars of signal however the internet was then only 0.5mbps up and down so it is too slow to even use...

There is no 4G only 3G so you can’t even rely on that as a backup.

The fridge in the first room didn’t work. The fridge in the second room was ok.

The bathrooms are poorly grouted and badly maintained with broken and missing fittings, holes in the walls etc.

One light switch doesn’t work meaning we had to undo 2 light bulbs to turn the lights off for the night.

The pool area could use some maintenance and repairs. The hot tub jets don’t work and all the timber deck is rotten and broken and tiles are lose and wobbly.

There are no do not disturb signs in the rooms, we had to call and ask for one.

You have to pay php60 each for additional pillows and php100 for a blanket however they provided a sheet only.

There are no “Welcome books” in the rooms to explain anything or even room service menus or information.

For such a large hotel in a busy area it seems strange that it is so poorly organised and managed.

The supervisor told staff she had spoken to us to sort out issues around the included breakfast, however this was not true and we still...

It's a nightmare.I have no words to describe this hotel.Firstly, the rooms are "FILTHY".I saw little cockroaches running around. There are stains on the walls and carpet. The place is mouldy and have a weird scent. The carpet is wet and sticky and the tablehasn't been clean with dust and some stickyliquid substance on it and I don't dare to use it.The toilet bowl lid can't stand on its own,and whenever you flush the toilet, the waterflows out from the tank and spill out onto the floor.Secondly, the hair dryer doesn't work at all.Thirdly, there's no hot water for shower.Fourthly, the fridge is disgusting with a weird smell.Fifth, the doors to the balcony is loose and itkeeps banging through the night due to the wind.I don't know how they rate the stars of this hotel, and for its price, I already have zero to none expectations, but this hotel really tops the chart of worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I will never stay in this hell hole again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone even how much I hated the person. It's not the price, but the sub-standard that really kills...
