Hotel Sogo - Timog Ave. — Hotel in Quezon City

This is my first time staying at any SOGO Hotel; as I was just passing through. It was my intention just to stay one night to rest, take a shower and get back on the road. Due to the amazing experience I had here, I decided to stay a few more nights to explore the area more. Hotel Lobby, garage and room areas are clean and comfortable.

Most importantly, ALL staff I came across were helpful, kind and welcoming!

Specifically, I would like to give a shout out to ROSE at the front desk. She was very helpful and answered all my inquiries with compassion and professionalism. Rose took the time to listen to my needs, find opportunities to help me save money and provided me the best solution based on our conversation.

Thank you Rose, I appreciate you! Hotel Management, please acknowledge her for providing me a great experience; as she was a part of the reason why I decided to stay longer!

Overall, I thank all staff at SOGO HOTEL TIMOG 1 for the great experience! I hope to see you when I visit the Philippines again!

This is my first Sogo experience, ever. And it was so good. I was so curious about this place for years and now have the courage to try it even just for 6 hours' stay. The check-in was seamless, and the reception staff were good.

The room I got was executive, and the space is good. The bed is acceptable, and the pillows are soft yet firm. The controls are also within reach on the headboard of the bed. Slippers, soap, and towels were provided. Adjustable light settings, there's a TV and menu if you're hungry.

You can hear the other room but only a little. Not bad actually for my first time. The checkout was also okay.

Never tried their theme room or the garage rooms, so I can't say something on that. Didn't also get the chance to order food, so I can't say something on that, too.

I think I will be back to explore other room...

Fantastic service and location. Supervisor, Irwin was great and very helpful with everything. Rooms very clean and convenience was top notch. Front desk service was impeccable. This was one of the best places I stayed in all my travels. The room attendants did not miss a beat. I took names and made a list. Ricks, Jhoan, Rheanne, Maricel, Via, Jervie, Mary-Ann, Jordan, Aeron, Eden, Christian, Galli, Jeff, Jacky and others who work the front desk who were not on shift during name collecting. Also Christin and Flor who work as cooks in the kitchen, making the great meals on the menu. Great folks and wonderful atmosphere. I highly highly recommend. Also the price cant be beat. Dont hesitate on this one. Just book and "let them cook" (Breaking Bad reference)...
