Hotel Restaurant Campanile Lodz — Hotel in Łódź

I often come to poland to visit family so I stay at various hotels however this is the worst one so far. Service very poor. We stayed for 10 nights and our bedsheets weren't changed even once so we slept in the same bedsheets with a cigarette hole our whole stay. This makes us wonder if they even changed them after the last visitors! Half the days we were there, the cleaner did not give us toilet roll so we had to go out in mornings to find them and get some ourselves. One of the cleaners spoke neither polish or english so could not even communicate with him in any way! Once we left the 'do not disturb' sign on our door as we wanted a nice lie in but the cleaner walked in anyway, which woke us up. If he can't speak the language then should at least know what the do not disturb sign means! Our room was completely missed by the cleaners several days. For our room we recieved 2 keycards, we would leave one in the room to keep the room warm for when we're back(to turn the heating on a keycard had to be in) however several times the cleaner took our spare card. Only after the 3rd time this happened the receptionist told us we're not supposed to leave the keycard there but the other two times they said nothing! The keycards themselves stopped working very often, which meant that I would have to go all the way down from our room on the 5th floor to get my card fixed. Also the restaurant was closed our whole stay so we had to go out for food every time, and over new years eve and day not many places were open so we spent a lot of time having to look for somewhere. Overall i found it disgusting to stay in that room and am not happy with my stay there. I will defiantly be coming back to Łódź but not...

Very clean rooms and perfect location, 1 min from Galeria Łódzka, 5 min from Piotrkowska main street. Rooms are not big, but they seem to have good isolation against noises. I heard other children from the outside, but from the inside it was quiet and pleasent. Extra plus for the bathtub, which is perfect to relax after a long day or drive. Further there was a shower gel dispenser, which I did not expect in a 3-star hotel. Perfect hotel for one or two nights, good value for money.

What I did not like was the room numeration. Even numbers are on one wing, uneven numbers on the other. This is misleading because nobody reads the signs if you are in a rush. Further, there was no fridge or minibar in the room, hence not really an option for...

Medium quality hotel. Rooms furniture quality is low, small size room with few lights points, you cannot turn off all the lights from your bed. As you see in the picture also the attention to details is low, shower with curtain. Hot water is not stable while taking shower. Breakfast is mainly salty, small area with low quality furniture, just table and chairs. Few waiters/waitresses to take care about cleaning. Again the breakfast quality is medium, something is ok, something else like fruit juice are not.
