The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Absolutely Disgraceful
This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. My stay was a complete nightmare, and I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to avoid it at all costs.
The fire alarm went off repeatedly from midnight to 3:30 AM, disrupting everyone’s sleep and creating chaos. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the receptionist harassed me multiple times, calling my room to falsely accuse me of smoking—despite the fact that I don’t smoke. Even worse, he spread this baseless accusation to other guests, naming me and my room number, which was both humiliating and a gross breach of my privacy.
When I confronted him in the morning, he refused to admit his lies or take accountability for his outrageous behavior. On top of this, the fire alarm issue wasn’t investigated until the following day. This shows a shocking disregard for guest safety and health. What if there had been an actual fire? This level of incompetence and negligence is appalling.
This hotel is poorly managed, unprofessional, and unsafe. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. I wouldn’t wish this experience...

We had seen “included” when booking, but the hotel asked for pay; Expedia promised to reimburse us for the cost (6 Euro/day/person). |We would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities...
