We stayed at LAA Studios for a night and I can say it has been a great experience. The location is very quiet and there is a park nearby where we had a little walk. Finding a parking spot for our car was also pretty easy around the accommodation. The studio apartment we stayed in was very neat and clean. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped. The area outside is also very cozy. We really loved this stay. We only experienced the WiFi to be a little bit spotty in certain areas of our room. We never met the host because you will be able to do a self check-in but the communication we had with the host was super efficient and you will be given all the information you need. Great place to stay and recommended 💯%

Wir hatten Zimmer 33 oben im Dachgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist eher eine Wohnung. Die Küchenzeile mit Tisch ist vom Schlafbereich durch einen Flur abgetrennt. Das Bett sehr groß und bequem. Das Bad ist auch top. Insgesamt ist die ganze Einrichtung der Wohnung aufeinander abgestimmt und die Dachfenster sind ein nettes Highlight. Klar hat man am Wochenende das Konzert von der Bar nebenan gehört (super Band im übrigen!) aber das hat die Lage nun einmal an sich. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Praca Republica wo immer was los ist, also sehr zentral. Von den anderen Wohnungen haben wir nichts mitbekommen ;) Viele Cafés und Restaurants sind um die Ecke und der botanische Garten sowie die Universität fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Im Zimmer lag ein Heft mit Notrufnummern etc. Also absolute Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé deux nuits au LAA Studios de Coimbra. Le séjour s'est avéré très agréable. Situé dans un immeuble ancien rénové avec soin, l'appartement était irréprochable : spacieux, propre, décoré avec goût et très bien insonorisé. Situé dans un quartier calme à proximité du Jardim de Sereia et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Situé dans un immeuble ancien rénové avec soin, l'appartement était irréprochable : spacieux, propre, décoré avec goût et très bien insonorisé. Great location, only a few meters from Praça da República!|Lovely studio, very comfortable. Contact with manager very easy and fast.|Excellent value for money!|A great place to stay in visits to Coimbra.|PS - since it is an old building there is no lift so be aware of the stairs in case of any...

El alojamiento es tal como se muestra en las fotografías, sin sorpresas. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica, relativamente cerca de las principales atracciones de Coimbra, lo que facilita mucho las visitas turísticas. Además, el personal que gestiona el alojamiento es muy amable y siempre atento a cualquier necesidad, lo cual se agradece mucho.||Sin embargo, hay un aspecto importante a tener en cuenta: el ruido. A pesar de estar en el último piso, el alojamiento resultó ser extremadamente ruidoso durante la noche. Los estudiantes organizan fiestas cerca y el sonido se escucha con mucha claridad, lo que dificulta el descanso. La segunda noche tuve que comprar tapones para los oídos, ya que sin ellos era prácticamente imposible dormir.||Si buscas una estancia cómoda y bien ubicada, este alojamiento puede ser una buena opción, pero recomendaría llevar tapones o asegurarse de que el ruido no será un problema antes...
