A quite standard hotel with pretty much all you need for your stay. There's a simple bar and restaurant at the bottom, and rooms are generally neat, tidy and modern enough. There's a wardrobe area, a table and chair, TV, but no safe or fridge. There's ample European plug power points at the table and a cabled plug with 2 USB A charging ports at the table that can be dragged closer to the bed. However, one disappointing thing was I checked the bed sheets straight after arriving and noticed some hair that was not mine nor housekeeping's so asked reception to have them changed. This isn't the first time I've experienced this so I got over it after they promptly replaced all the sheets and pillow cases for me upon my request. The hotel is also underneath the direct flight path from the airport so noise can be an issue. They do use decent soundproofing with the windows closed that dramatically reduces the sound to just a low muffled noise as planes pass. Other noise that's quite typical in these types of hotels occurs in the hallway where other guests can be chatting, laughing and moving around since the doors are far from noise-proof, and in Lisbon people go out partying, and flights for departing guests can commence really early in the morning. Otherwise service is quite good here and it's otherwise a pleasant stay for a no frills hotel.

This hotel near the sete rios and praça de espanha undergrond station. If you want to go to Sintra you can go Sete Rios station by walk about 10 minutes, if you want to go to Cascais you can walk Praça da Espanha station (for one way you need to pay about 2 Euros, so I suggest to you buy Lisbon card for one or three days, with this card you can use almost all transportation vehicle and enter the museums in Lisbon). For this hotel there are a lot options for accomodation, you can check from ALL application. If you are foreign citizen, you have to pay city tax in the entrance. In the morning you can drink coffee, fresh fruit juice and you can eat cheese, fresh fruit, cakes, kruvasan, pan-cake etc. for breakfast. In the lobby you can sit and drink and eat something, play guitar, use computer. Check in time is 14.00, check out time is 12.00. There are open and close car parking area, you can pay by credit/bank card and also cash. It hasn't playing room for the child and it has helpful person. Near this hotel there is an Italian restaurant, it is cheap and it has delicious meals.

Enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lisboa Jose Malhoa! The staff service was excellent! For instance, when we wanted to share a duck rice at the Terrace outdoors, the staff took additional plates on his own initiative. Also, when we wanted to redeem points for our breakfast, though the staff was not entirely familiar with the process, she checked and acceded to our request. Appreciate the good service we enjoyed here. Only con was that there's no fridge or kettle/coffee tea amenities in-room. Hot water was prompt and our room had views of the aquaduct too! There's cable TV in English! :P For more details, visit 2bearbear today!

Stayed at the Ibis recently and while the location is very convenient – close to the metro and shops – the overall experience left much to be desired.||The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The photos online do not accurately reflect the condition of the rooms, which was disappointing upon arrival. |Although the bed was comfortable and everything was generally functional, the lack of a room safe was concerning; we ended up taking passports and iPads out with us daily because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving valuables behind.||The most alarming incident was a fire alarm activation at 4 a.m. that was silenced after just 10 seconds of activating, with staff making no apparent effort to investigate the cause. This is a serious safety concern – in the UK, this behaviour would be unacceptable and potentially punishable. It felt like the alarm was silenced simply to keep guests calm rather than ensure safety. There was no apology at checkout nor was there a sign put up in reception in the morning apologising for the inconvenience.||As part of my job is fire safety engineering and I cannot understand why this hotel does not have a delay on the fire alarm panel for staff to investigate the alarm before a full alarm sounds just like any other hotel. (Common practice in near enough every hotel)||We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, so can’t comment on the food, but overall, this property needs serious attention to safety protocols and refurbishment to...
