Porto Hostel Cúpula — Hotel in Porto

I've been in the mixed dorm not in the private rooms. This has a mixed gender bathroom (shower+toilet together) where the majority of the showers have no door and only one has an almost completely see through door, which resulted in men watching me taking a shower. It is extremely uncomfortable, if you value your privacy then choose an other place or the private rooms. Not to mention that it doesn't have a kitchen. What a shame, it could be a beautiful hostel with a few extra walls and doors and a tiny...

Very clean rooms. I stayed in a private room and it is quiet and comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Only cons are that the shared showers make the humidity very high in the hallway and I wish there was a fridge, even a communal one would be nice. I was told they are working on installing a kitchen. The AC is a big relief. The water pressure in the showers...

The beds are comfy, the hostel looks nice. I wonder about the common showers? There is one private shower that of course we all use. No common space, no kitchen which is honestly a bummer when it comes to staying in a hostel. Receptionist is kind but the spot will be empty most of the time. Location is a bit far from the city center but there are a few nice cafes nearby....
