I had stayed at Premier Inn Doha Airport Hotel, and I must say, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. If you're looking for a clean, reliable, and conveniently located hotel in Doha, this is an excellent choice.

The service was consistently excellent — staff were warm, professional, and quick to assist with any request. From the smooth check-in process to helpful front desk support throughout my stay, the hospitality was truly commendable.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the National Museum of Qatar Metro Station, which is just a short walk away. This made commuting around the city incredibly easy and affordable. It's also just a quick ride from the main attractions and the airport, adding to the convenience.

A big plus was the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service offered during specific time slots. This feature was especially helpful for a hassle-free arrival and departure, and the shuttle service was punctual and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a restful stay — a good bed, effective air conditioning, and a decent workspace.

Now for the breakfast — the buffet spread was decent, though a bit limited in variety, especially for vegetarian guests. While non-veg options seemed more plentiful, a few more vegetarian-friendly dishes would definitely enhance the breakfast experience. That said, the food that was available was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was tidy and welcoming.

Despite the limited vegetarian options, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn. The combination of good service, comfort, location, and thoughtful amenities like the airport shuttle make it a great value for both business and leisure travelers.

Would definitely recommend, and would gladly stay here again on my next...

Shocked by all the good reviews... I had to leave early.

I usually stay in hostels, but this hotel was SO BAD that I checked out a day early and paid to move to the plaza next door. I asked for a refund for the night that left early for and the hotel said they would process it, but now they are refusing to process the refund.

I liked the staff, they were extremely kind and friendly and I have nothing bad to say about the staff. Even when I left early, they asked me to kindly not compare them to the big plaza hotel, that they are just a small hotel. I totally get that - the plaza is WAY more expensive. I am not comparing to the Plaza.

I thought the location was okay actually, Doha is small. All the tours were willing to pick me up at this hotel.

What made me leave early - There was only 2 pillows on the bed, and they were very bad and disgusting pillows with stains and visible sweat. The bed was bad too. The shower had no hot water, I had to call down to ask for help.

The room was so loud, I could hear everything from the people outside. I booked 2 nights in this room and I had a few works calls, I was told I would have a desk, but my desk and bed were SO close together, it would not even fit a chair. So I had to sit on the bed to use the desk.

I had no hot water to shower. I called down to ask the staff to help me get hot water. The guy came up and tried for a WHILE and still...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team.

The airport transfer was a great convenience — the hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport, which makes it perfect for short stays. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, ideal for rest after a long flight.

The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate all belongings comfortably, and complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. We also truly appreciated the very quick and efficient check-in, even during the night — thank you for making it so smooth.

We were absolutely amazed by the breakfast — the variety was impressive, everything was delicious, and the service was simply outstanding. It’s not something you’d usually expect from a hotel designed mainly for short stays, and it really exceeded our expectations.
