Sovereign Hotel — Hotel in Doha

Hi, Respected Manager and management. I would like to inform you ..i feel very worst service from one of your receptionist, please like that person will not suitable for that place of to do the work, i just chick in on 25TH NOV. evening around 8 pm with my family , before we are booking the room we already confirmed by telephone regarding for the microwave for just for hour, when we came to hotel we just asked with that receptionist guy who was sitting in counter but his answer was very rude, i just simply asked him please provide us just for a hour then we will returned back, but he is doesn't have a manner , he said we dint have we will not provide if you want u can bring from out side and come, i really don't know why he is treating the customer like this, i asked him why should i bring from outside u guys only told me to will arrange but now what is this, this not a way of talking like the i told him i will complaint with your management but he doesn't mind us all so he spoken with me and my family u can go and complaint anyone i dint my if you want my name i will give come here like that he shows his behavior i never ever seen like that treating the customer in hotel ..i am totally disappointed with...

Hello fellow travelers and Visitors,||I am writing to share my very first time to stay at a two star hotel in my life. Frankly, It has changed my mind and open my mind that really it doesn’t matter the rate of the hotel, however, the staff were incredibly friendly, taking every initiative to make someone’s day, they are always happy, generous, always smiling and caring. The manager was from the UK and she made every thing seems like you are staying at home with your family, mates and friends. Furthermore, the room I stayed in was 302, specious and cozy. it has a comfortable twin beds, a nice wardrobe, an ironing board, extension wires, TV, a microwave, of course great toilet. Nothing to complain, it doesn’t feel you are at a typical hotel nor a hostel and It is a place where you call it home away from home. There are affordable dry cleaners, you are able to walk to Souk Waqif just around 20 minutes. There is a mosque beside the hotel. Overall, my experience has been a five star experience at a two star hotel. The staff are your best friends and locations is safe, I highly recommend it if you are on a budget and seek to have a great experience. Have a great time in...

the reason to give 1 star because of my experience in the hotel.. i have booked it from 22 to 24 . i landed on 22 September 6 o clock morning in the hotel they told me your check in time is 12 o clock you have to wait till 12 i request them to give me the space at least to keep my luggage and have some rest after having 1 hours journey. they refuse to do that and said there is no room empty. but after 2 minuets the night duty reception guy said give me 100 riyal so i can give you the room. i had paid him 100 riyal for 6 o clock to 11 o clock. that time i told him how you find the empty room now. had no choice to do something else. and the morning reception guy is very very rude to talk to customers. god...
