Black & White Apartment, Bucharest — Hotel in Bucharest

I submitted a bad review on Booking.com about not having parking and having to pay cash due to issue with POS. I was admittedly wrong about the parking (I thought they were supposed to have private parking, they don't), but they instead text me and harassed me by calling me an idiot, a crying baby and continued to text me after asking them to stop. Very bad complaint resolution, and bad customer care.

Edit: I did not say anything about having to pay for parking, I thought the parking was private and safe from being in a public location. I have even stated that I was wrong above. I never mentioned anything about a refund or expected same. You continue to harass me after I tell you to stop and again, here, you continue to call me names. Apartman je zamoreny svaby, majitele jsme o skutecnosti upozornili, misto jakehokoliv reseni ci omluvy tvrdil, ze o nicem takovem nevi. Ubytovani jsme meli pres booking, majitel nasi rezervaci oficialne zrusil a prestal komunikovat.

Apartment is infested with cockroaches. We alerted the owner, but we got a reply that he doesnt know about anything, that we can look at the reviews. We ordered the apartment through booking, we completed our accomodation on Saturday and then the owner canceled our reservation, so we cannot give a review on booking. Excellent location. The apartment was a bit dirty, old furniture and there was no fridge or a microwave.

Edit: Yes, you are correct about the fridge and microwave. We did not enter that room as we thought it was the same room that you had your cleaning equipment in (straight across the front door). In regards to the cleanness, sth of mine fell under the bed and when I tried picking it up, I got a lot of dust on me.
