Sunrise Apartments - City Center Bucharest — Hotel in Bucharest

ATTENZIONE! Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking e quando siamo arrivati a Bucarest e abbiamo contattato la struttura prendendo il numero dalla prenotazione di Booking, ci hanno risposto che siccome non riuscivano a contattarci hanno dato l’appartamento a qualcun altro, il tutto SENZA cancellare la prenotazione la quale da Booking fino a quando non li abbiamo contattati risultava “confermata”. Ci hanno anche dato la colpa dicendo che il nostro numero inserito su Booking era errato. Ma tengo a precisare che il numero su Booking era corretto con anche il prefisso +39 ed è stato utilizzato per molte altre prenotazioni. Non hanno dimostrato alcun interesse nel risolvere la problematica da loro causata. E ci siamo ritrovati a Bucarest senza alloggio e non ci hanno dato supporto per trovare una sistemazione alternativa. VERGOGNOSO e poco professionale, non mi è mai successa una cosa simile. State attenti!

We booked through Booking and when we arrived in Bucharest and contacted the structure taking the number from the Booking reservation, they replied that since they could not contact us they gave the apartment to someone else, all WITHOUT canceling the reservation which gives Booking until we contacted them was "confirmed". They also blamed us by saying that our number entered on Booking was incorrect. But I want to clarify that the number on Booking was correct with the prefix +39 and was used for many other bookings. They have shown no interest in solving the problem they caused. And we found ourselves in Bucharest without accommodation and they gave us no support to find alternative accommodation. I've travelled to Bucharest numerous times and this is the 4th Sunrise Apartment location in which I've stayed. Just like the others, this apartment was very clean, quiet, and very conveniently located near many points of interest and transportation. It had all the necessary amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. The hosts are welcoming, considerate, attentive, but not intrusive. All in all, these residences are great value for your money and I highly recommend...

Perfect apartment!!! The hosting experience was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and organized, the apartment was beautifully designed and cozy, and the equipment was new and comfortable. The landlord was available at any time for any questions, and we felt like he truly cared about us.
