This hotel is better to be avoided. There are plenty of reasons fir that, so let's start: As for the the context: we booked 3 rooms for one week. They requested payment in advance. Parking is expensive and not secured at all, although they say it is. Rooms are dirty and they do not change the towels. When you ask for the towels, they refuse convincing you the cleaning lady changed them. Just for the record, we put the towels on the floor (after 2 days of using them) and we found them hanged back on the wall. When we requested again, the receptionist came willing to fight. In one of our rooms they didn't change the towels for 5 days! In one of our rooms they left a bag with tge garbage from previous guests. The flushing water did not work and when we asked someone to fix it, receptionist (another one) said we are lying. I requested him to call the manager Bogdan whi said he will come the next day. So we couldn't use our toilet as well as we were listening the water the whole night. The cleaning lady stole the new t-shirt our student just bought in New Yorker. Regarding stealing - another guest who was just leaving the hotel has warned us he woke up in the middle of the night and so some woman checking his stuff and when he woke up she ran away. He said it was a cleaning lady, but it could be any person working in a hotel or even they have a deal with someone from outside as a receptionist looks like junkie. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from another room as well as from the hall. There is no light on the stairs and it is dangerous to walk to your room after gets dark. There is no toilet paper neather air conditioner remote control. When you ask for it, be ready they will first be rude to you, then will agresively try to convince you cleaning lady left it in your room and at the end you will get one role and you will walk all over to your room with the role of toilet paper in your hands. They are not helpful at all, staff is rude, agresive, unprofessional. For sake,...

Read moreI liked that it was near the old town and in the middle of the city, the AC was working good. The 24-hours reception were very good. stayed three nights they didn’t come to clean at all, when I asked a girl to clean the room she came and fixed the beds only! She left the trash in the toilet and in the room. They were a lot of guys in front of my door on the first night and very noisy could not sleep at all, they do not give water and the bathroom is primitive. It is not like the picture at all. The lift is not working. It is really dark and scary on the stairs after 6 PM, the do not turn on the light until you stepped in which really...
