Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center — Hotel in Bucharest

I want to leave here a message to clarify what happened at the dinner of 14 people that happened today, October 26, at your restaurant.

I know that a written complaint was made about the service done at this dinner, of which I DO NOT AGREE with the complaint. Whoever who wrote the complaint was extremely unpleasant, rude and badly raised with the girl who was working. We sat the table should be around 19:40, and the order was taken at 8 pm, we ordered some starters and as is LOGICAL other tables were served in the meantime! ALL RIGHT!

At 9 p.m. the main dishes began to be served, which were DELICIOUS! That's when some "colleagues" decided to argue about the waiting time, being unpleasant, inelegant and rude with the staff embarrassing the rest of the table that did not agree with the complaint.

The service was EXCELLENT, the food was DELICIOUS, and the staff did the best they could when they only had 1 person to serve 2 rooms full of customers (later a colleague from the bar arrived to help).

I would like to have an answer from you, and be reassured knowing that colleagues who provided an excellent service are not penalized by an unreasonable complaint from those who do not understand what it is to work in the hotel and who cannot complain about a service that was excellent taking into account the conditions in which they were working.

Please, get together again and listen to your colleagues. Everything was done with immense professionalism.

They are to be congratulated! I WOULD COME BACK HERE again for them! They should not be punished or penalized or devalued by this situation. They were rude, they don't represent the group and I don't agree at all with what they did. THE STAFF HAVE TO BE CONGRATULATED !!! THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE. I would like to share my experience staying at the Pullman Bucharest World Trade Centre Hotel.

Let me start by saying that it was my first visit to Bucharest. It was a business visit and therefore I was looking for a suitable hotel for my purposes. And I did not regret at all that my choice fell on Pullman Bucharest World Trade Centre.

I never know "when" or "where" my day will end, so how it starts is of particular importance to me. Having access to a gym and a good breakfast each morning is important to me. Both have exceeded my expectations. Modern gym with access to sauna and steam room. A great energy boost for the day. After that, breakfast awaited me. Oh, this is my favourite time of the day! The breakfast was delicious and varied. The pleasant aroma of coffee and fresh croissants greeted you on the doorstep. Then a variety of different types of breakfast. Every day I was able to try something new and incredibly delicious. The staff was open and friendly, which put me in a good mood for the whole day.

The room was comfortable to stay in, everything was literally thought out to the smallest detail. The interior design was tasteful and has its own unique style. The view from the window to the lake (I can't pronounce its name) was great! The staff was helpful and caring.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient for getting around the city. Close to the centre and within walking distance to transport links.

The 4 days I spent in Bucharest left a very favourable impression, also thanks to Pullman Bucharest WTC
