Hotel Pami — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

A basic Hotel with big rooms but still old fashion and noisy rooms especially when you are in front of the road. Poor breakfast..Restaurant is not working. No Bar...Sad atmosphere. But the worse is the Workers behavior ! If you get a "good morning" or "thanks" you will be happy. They are "rude' and not helpful especially the waiters and reception people from the morning. Only thing they are interested for is to know your "room number" and to get pay for everything immediately. We were there with a big group for 3 night ( in total about 50 rooms) and they are really not helpful and without any good commercial attitude...far away from the usual kindness of Romanian people. What a pity ! So pass your way and dont do the same...

For 2 nights it was ok. The hotel is near a gas station and near to the street.|We asked to stay at the last floor and they took this into consideration, which it was nice. We had our room on the back side of the hotel, which it was ok but even this, you can hear the noise from the street. If you have the room in the front side of the hotel, i imagine that is worst.|Also you can hear your neighbours from the floor and other floors, which can make your sleep very uncomftable.|The room is ok, clean, with towels, shampoo/shower gel, but the pillows are a nightmare, there are very uncomftable. |The breakfast it was ok, divers and tasty. I start with a good features of this hotel: the location is good to the city center, we could use the local public transport system or the main square is approx 15-20 minutes by walk. The staff was friendly, and the rooms was clear. The bed was comfortable.||So, we had a business trip in Cluj and twe wifi was not avaiable or very poor quality and slow in the rooms and lobby, so we could't work normally.
