Good food, great ambiance. The summer terrace is quite lovely, BUT

After 6 years and becoming a mom of an allergic kid, I would like to update this review. This is to give constructive criticism as nowadays there are more and more allergic children.

We have ordered the bolognese, but without the cheese. Luckily, I noticed at my son's first bite that it indeed had cheese mixed inside, so I sent it back, they apologised and gave another pasta free of charge. Very nice, of course, but I am more happy that he didn't eat it, as only one bite can seriously harm him.

After that we went for the raw vegan cake, which had pistachos on top, even though the menu didn't specify it. This would be very important, as some people can eat peanuts, but can be highly allergic to pistachos, like my son. So we were disappointed again, because eating out with him means a lot of research beforehand of the restaurant and the menu it had, and I checked the cake and promised he could have it...Please change it in the menu, other allergic people will thank you for it.

Other than that, food was ok and ambience nice too, this is just to "teach" a bit about...

There is only outside seating but the terrace is beautiful and the location is really nice, in the park, by the lake. However food and service are poor. The few times I've been there I was disappointed. A few examples of poor service. When we arrived, the hostess didn't see our reservation so she just assumed we didn't have one. Then a colleague came and found it in a few seconds. If the second hostess wouldn't have come we would have had to go somewhere else. A waiter asked if they could help with the wine menu, but when asked for a recommendation they said to order whatever we want. When asked if they have Hugo, they said they could make it and later when we told them it doesn't taste good and if they could bring something else, they said only if we pay for something else. One of the waiters told some women at another table to be less pretentious. I would recommend improving their service and helping the customers have an enjoyable experience. Anyway, there are many other nice restaurants/terraces in Cluj with excellent food and service, so it's not worth to bother...

My girlfriend and I had quite a bad experience. We'd been excited to finally try this restaurant.

She ordered the salmon, which was good, but it came with some weird green pureed goo that tasted strange.

I ordered the pork knuckles with potatoes. Both were cold and obviously not freshly cooked. Additionally, the the potatoes weren't seasoned at all. They were just raw, fried potatoes. On top of that, there was no salt or paper on our table for me to season them myself. It was an overwhelmingly bland meal.

We both ordered lemonade, which tasted like sugar (as opposed to lemons) and lattes, which tasted like instant coffee.

Finally, we decided to try the brownie because it lookes delicious enough to compensate for the low quality of everything else. Alas, the waiter brought the "brown cheesecake." As fans of cheesecake, we decided to eat it anyway. And, not surprisingly, it was terrible and even left a bad taste in our mouths.
