Motor Rock Bisztró — Restaurant in Cluj Metropolitan Area

Possible one of the worst places iv ever been too for food and service. We ordered 2 carbanara and 1 plate of buffalo wings from the waiter named bensen. After 30 minutes the pasta had arrived...the food had been microwaved just before serving to us cause parts of the food was still cold. We had finished eating the pasta and there was still no sign of the chicken wings. At this point I was tired of waiting for the wings as it had been over 45 minutes since i ordered them. I called over the waiter and asked where the wings were he wasnt able to give me an answer so i said its ok just give me the bill cause we were tired of waiting. 5 minutes later the waiter comes out with some wings after I told him that we were leaving.

They then requested that we pay for the wings even though they were cold, I said no that its too late as it had been over and hour since i ordered them. They said that if i paid for them now i could get them another time. I paid and i left.

After spending a month traveling around europe, this is the worst service that I have ever recieved, between being rude, making jokes and pointing over at our table and laughing.

A proper rock/metal pub. The food is delicious and some portions are huge (the Highway Burger must be among the biggest burgers I've ever eaten). The best restaurant if you're interested in a cosy atmosphere along with some good quality rock/metal background music. The decor is so mesmerising, meaning it's got elements from music culture and even random bands on walls, all fitting amazingly with the exposed motorcycles and guitars.
