Very modern arena with beautiful architecture. Nice, large park for children next door. Beautiful area of town that stretches along the river. Couple negatives are that 1st row is even with the field and offers very limited viewing, so sit up at least 10 rows or so. Another gripe is that the lines for the entrance can be absurdly long as there are no modern metal detectors or security scanning, only physical pat downs (which take a while).
