Pensiunea Flowers House — Hotel in Sibiu

The room looks pretty good, except the view outside (because we were placed at the 0 floor, right next to the reception). Stuff not experienced and with a language barrier (english-romanian), it will be very hard to understand something. I were asking about changing the room because was too close to the reception (you can hear receptionist talking everything with other customers or at phone). Of course they didn't make any changes. They charge first the money and just after that you can see the room. If you have problems with the room and ask for a change, they will refuse it, telling you that they do not have free space (which in my case was not true, because i see just 5/6 other customers). Another thing is that they are saying that are giving you a free parking place, but are just 3-4, so they should say in their advert "we offer you a free parking place, if you are lucky to get it". If you park your car on the main street, same problem, in plus you need...

It is more like low grade hostel. Room without window, "bathroom" 1 X 2 meter like in prison- now window or ventilation.||Above all - bedding and sheets were dirty with stains and hairs !!!||The only window in the room is at the tiny kitchen, when you open it the ground level is in line with the window...

😊: Free parking, easy check-in.. 😢: There weren't any shades on the windows (light and privacy) , there is a steep staircase that is not safe for little children. It wasn't clean enough (there was gum on the carpet for ex.) Its 15 min walk from the old...
