One of the nicest dinners was here, food that felt homemade but with more care. The place is underground, decorated in rustic style, which makes it special. Instead of ribs we tried a mixed grill and some soup, both with strong flavors and not too salty. Our family found this gem by chance! This is far the best restaurant in Sibiu and one of the best in romania we have had! The atmosphere is incredible and traditional, each meal we had was fresh, large serves and delicious!! Absolutely incredible we are romanian Australians and loved everything about this place. Authentic food in an older-style place. Crystal-clean tables and cutlery immediately makes you think food is also good - and it does not dissapoint.

Romanian cuisine mainly, and at very good prices.

The restaurant is just outside the old city walls, and it's worth a try from all the other hype places that receive a lot of good reviews (on good grounds) yet they do not have better-cooked food & they are always busy.
