Hotel Rin — Hotel in Sibiu

Never ever agin. The young girl black long hair dressing like she go's to club whit half of clothes on I can see her belly button ( not for this job anyway) call her self hause keeper,..she never changed my bead, she never vacuum, or even asked me if I need anything .the aer condition dint work,the sink was plugged. The shower was full of hear and the water was coming out cuse no one clean the shower for long time. ||When I told her I can't take a shower she come in my room and pulled her out from the drain and she said::: That is way the shower not working cuse the hear and show it to me. I can't believe that. What a hause keeper will do that ???? And in top she was having a attitude telling me she is bye her self and she has 17 rooms to clean and her job is 9 am till 5 pm..That doesn't conser me I'm a guest I pay money so do you job. ||Also the girl from front desk took her site. When I was looking for front desk girl was no where to be found. ||Both of them was disrespected me yelling, ||Both of them will go in a empty room and stay there and laugh and talk on the phone having good time. ||Is a lot more to say but this hotel is MISERABLE , THE SERVICES IS TERABEAL,AND EVERYONE'S IS ROUDE ||PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY...

This place was rundown, dirty in places with cobwebs.  Definitely not a 3 star as they claim. Can't believe it was advertised as over £70 per night! It's more worth £30pn. We didn't even have 2 complete sets of towels for 2 people. Only 2 body towels, no small towels. The "toiletries" that they give you are basically 2 sample size sachets of shampoo. No liquid handwash, just a bar of soap and NO shower gel what so ever! On top of this, they didn't mention anywhere on the website about the fact that the restaurant was under renovation so there's no breakfast, but their website says "breakfast available". The only one good thing is we asked for a bedroom facing the car park instead of the street to avoid noise and that defintely helped, otherwise it's very noisy since the hotel is by the roundabout of a busy road. If you're just after a bed with a private bathroom and don't care about cleanliness then you might be OK with this hotel, otherwise you're better off staying at ibis around the corner, also 3 star hotel, it's 10 times better...

I had to spend 3 nights at Hotel Rin. I arrived at 3am and had to get the 24hr concierge out of bed to check in.||The room was spacious however the curtains were broken and so thin that even had they worked properly light came flooding in at dawn. ||Breakfast was comically bad. Stale bread and bottled water straight from the tap (literally). ||You could here the neighbours using and flushing the toilet from my room. There were dead bugs in the corners where I'm guessing the hoover didn't reach. ||And, the bedspread was blood stained as was the mattress when my morbid curiosity forced me to look. The bloodstained bedspread had obviously been laundered without removing the stain but then just put back on the bed. Maybe it came from room 302.||||There are lots of better hotels in this price range just around the corner, stay...
