Casa Cardinal — Hotel in Sibiu

The location is OK. Not so far from the center, nice hosts. We got a big basement room which was a great thing but its windows overlooked to the street and the curtains hardly prevented people from looking inside the room.

I'd expect a small cattle in the room especially when you have such a big room, like a small apartment, with couches and a table. Although they gave us a jar with boiling water.

Room wasn't so well maintained - some of the lamps were burned, the Jacuzzi did not work & some parks fell off when I filled it with water.

Note that although the street is not a main street, it is still very crowded during the day and it's hard to find a parking lot.

Breakfast was pretty poor comparing to other places we have stayed in Romania for a cheaper price - pretty small (and we don't eat so much), very bad coffee, the simplest bread is served but at least it...

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura e purtroppo non possiamo condividere le recensioni positive che abbiamo letto e che ci hanno portato poi a sceglierla.||A parte la camera carina e pulita non abbiamo trovato nient’altro che ci abbia colpito a tal punto di poter consigliare questa pensione ad altre persone, anzi, abbiamo avuto dei problemi. ||A parte il fatto che ci hanno fatto pagare il soggiorno al check-in ( in nessun’altra struttura mai abbiamo pagato all’arrivo, ma questa è la loro politica e dobbiamo accettarla), appena entrati nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato il riscaldamento spento, era freddissimo, lo abbiamo comunicato alla ragazza della reception la quale ci ha riposto che lo avrebbero acceso subito. Nel frattempo siamo andati a cena fuori dopodiché rientrati nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato nuovamente il riscaldamento spento e la stanza freddissima. Siamo andati un’altra volta dalla ragazza alla reception che ci ha detto che avrebbe mandato una persona a controllare perché probabilmente era successo un guasto alla caldaia. Tornati nella nostra stanza ci chiama la ragazza dicendoci che era tutto apposto. ||Ci svegliamo nel cuore della notte per il freddo e ancora una volta abbiamo trovato i termosifoni spenti.||Un po’ arrabbiati siamo andati alla reception spiegando la situazione e ancora una volta ci hanno detto che avrebbero fatto ripartire la caldaia…. Non possiamo dire di certo di aver passato un soggiorno piacevole…||Dopo questo inconveniente ci ritroviamo ad andare la mattina nella stanza della colazione e anche li era freddo ( tenevano la porta aperta a Novembre). Per di più la colazione (da scegliere sulla carta con i prezzi ma compresa nell’importo pagato) a differenza delle altre strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto scarsa, non curata e di bassa qualità.||Onestamente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato abbiamo trovato strutture migliori con servizi di qualità nettamente superiore, non mi sento di consigliare questa pensione a altre persone,...
