Sierra-Northstar Apartments — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

we were shocked to experience the rudeness of the owner although being at our third stay there. perhaps they have enough clients to just let their bad vibes go frenzy. while our partners were on a local walk, the owner entered the room without knocking on and kind of ordered us to move faster, clear the room and get lost. this actually contrasted a lot with our former relations with them and got me bitter and sad. the neighbors that we shared the house with appeared to be normal, stayed with us in the evening at a glass of wine and was polite. he actually assured us that we will not bother them at night, especially that we didn't play any music at the barbeque not to forget to that they threw away the stakes we grilled and other aliments. this was extremely rude and got me wondering what we deserved to be treated like that. cozy apartments, overall a nice place. the owner is awfull anyway, she bullied our girlfriends while we were out on a trip.. the reason was aparently because the key was not handed 15 minutes before the checkout. moreover, she had the audacity to enter the room without knocking and was rude to our girlfriends.(but not with us the guys..interesting) our neighbours were actually friendly and assured us we didn't bothered them. i don't know about the positive reviews, maybe the owner is bipolar and occasionally needs to vent herself of her...

It was such a cozy apartment,so warm...almost like home. Big rooms, lots of space to relax, play games and enjoy the quietness. Even more than that, we had all the blankets one can use, which was amazing as all of us are strangers to the cold. We had a wonderful staying and would really enjoy coming back anytime.
