5 To Go — Restaurant in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I gave this 5 to go a try because I was happy with the one I visited a few months ago ( the one opposite the Faculty of Medicine). At that location I had a very good experience.

However the celebrated flagship of the brand left me with a hell like experience. The young girls around me , customary clients filling up the interior , were extremely vulgar and talking loudly about friends in a very off putting way. Verbal pollution.

I just wanted to cool off with a lemonade , not to have to listen to such extremely demeaning and vulgar vocabulary. They were practically shouting!

Moreover, a haggard and stoned client talking in broken English asked the young girl serving at the till, for something to ease her anxiety and the brand employee told her that she would come round to her table with a phone number, as, I quote, ,, She is not a user anymore but she knows a guy. ‘’

I asked for the manager of the branch when leaving the shop and was told that she was not in.

The young man who was serving clients came out and talked to me. He was polite. What worried me is that he found all the above a bit funny , but promised that , when I return next time, I would have a better experience. This is down to the management. Is this the clientele who pays for the coffee? Who gives the five stars? Change it or educate it. This location is a tourist haven , so use it as such.

I am all for cool and trendy and your brand is affordable and offers good quality and cool designs in an extremely well located place. Careful whom you entertain mind. Hope to see progress next time . This is down to...

After being denied coffee at my neighborhood's 5 To Go, I made the effort to come here because otherwise, I'd have caffeine withdrawal effects. To my surprise, the bottled green tea that I haven't seen at other 5 To Go franchises since last summer is available at this specific 5 To Go. I don't often come here because the center of the city is oftentimes overcrowded with tourists, but it wasn't as crowded as I expected today despite the good weather outside and the customer service was excellent here as well-- no unmotivated nor slightly patronizing looks...

Great place for a great cup of coffee and a pastry. The atmosphere was bright and lively and it had a great vibe. I was a little concerned on the gimmicky name but that was not a concern. The furniture was comfortable and we stayed for a little bit while we enjoyed the coffee. There was limited seating outside and even early in the morning everything was taken outside.

The best thing about the location is that it is open earlier than anything else...
