Nabat Palace Arbat — Hotel in Arbat District

No customer orientation, the staff doesn’t speak English at all, they don’t try the slightest bit to help you and make you feel like you’re bothering them. Breakfast has to be ordered the day before, internet is spotty, house keeping is done after 3 pm. Sometimes at 3 pm, sometimes at 5pm.... The card access lock stopped working one night, I was given a physical key to open the door and told it would be fixed the next day. It was never fixed and since they only had one key, house keeping was never able to clean the room unless I was there.. I stayed there for 9 nights and won’t be returning ever.
