Lotte Plaza — Local services in Arbat District

One of my favorite hotels in the world. Great and attentive service. Very clean rooms. And a beautiful spa area with a pool and sauna.

The breakfast is probably the best in Moscow.

There is a very good Japanese restaurant also,but what's the point in eating in the hotel when you are in the great city of Moscow.

It's not a cheap hotel,but you get what you pay for. Don't get the lowest rate rooms, they are often the ones needing repairs.

The bar is a bit small and the couches there are not comfortable, but it's very nice to sit there and have a meeting over tea.

The location at the Arbat and near Gorky Park is great, but in my opinion it's not the best location in Moscow doe exploration on foot due to the very large boulevard which takes a while to cross.

Fantastic 5 Star Hotel, that earns every star. Heated über-toilet in all the rooms which are spacious and very nice. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a huge selection of anything that delights people from around the world. The price for 1 night is OK considering what you get for it, just watch out for that mini bar it can bite you back when...

Большой красивый комплекс с хорошим рестораном и множеством магазинов. Впечатление портится сразу со входа - вас встречают охранники из службы безопасности сурового неприветливого вида. Они однт почему то в форму, похожую на полицейскую, высоки башиаки на шнуровке и огромных каблуках. В таком публичном месте гораздо уместнее цивильные костюмы. Лица у этих работников комплекса неприветливые и недовольные, а поведение далеко от вежливого. Если, например, вы идете в Азбуку вкуса, которая работает до 23, а случайно повернули в уже закрывшийся 1 этаж, то ваиюм навстречу прямо бросается охранник, встает перед вами вплотную,почти упираясь вам в живот, и свирепо говорит "закрыто". Конечно, в принципе ничего не стоит нормальному мужчине сбить спесь с этого урода, ткнув ему в нос и между ног. Но повторно посещать это место желание сильно отбивается.
