Lotte Hotel Moscow — Hotel in Arbat District

From the gate staffs are high standard security concierge reception in the lobby staying staffs maybe guest relations. Amazing all of them helpful. Until the lift I have received 3staffs to help my luggage actually I had small bag only, I wanted to take myself. Service and hotel staff make each guest special. Food breakfast option services FB 10 out of 10.|I am Sales Manager in UAE. I know hospitality and have been so luxurious hotels, but here you feel so comfortable. Many hotels in Moscow they treated how you do look,what do you wear. Here you feel warm welcome same family. |In the room how amenities located amazing wonderful.
