Very very nice place, everything what was discribed on web site is true. We stayed 4 nights from July 6 to July 9, GREAT LOCATION, very nice and very clean place, we had 1 big room and it was with more than kingsize bed and king size sofa. Luisa is very nice person, and also very good cook, the breakfast was delicious. For this money (around $100 per night ) with location on centre of city, close to kremlin and etc, located on Pyatnitskaya street with lot of cafe I recommend to every one, one more time special THANK YOU TO...

A disappointing experience, and I've traveled rural Asia by comparison. Extremely unprofessional staff behavior, who have behaved very rudely towards my family, refusing basic amenities on the basis that as we have not yet checked in, we were not owed any customer service. I expected much better judging by the reviews, but would advise people book elsewhere after...
