Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah — Hotel in Makkah Al Mukarramah

My recent stay at Conrad Makkah was nothing short of exceptional, marked by outstanding service and genuine hospitality from the very start.

Having arrived very early in the morning at 4:30 am, I was warmly welcomed by both the front desk staff and the duty manager. Their kindness and efficiency made the check-in process swift and seamless, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.

My first room was a spacious family room, featuring two queen beds, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom, and ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good rest after travel and Umrah.

Later that morning, after performing Umrah, I went for breakfast at around 9:30 am. The restaurant was understandably busy at that hour, and the service felt a little chaotic. Although I was not initially guided to my table, the buffet offered an excellent variety of food that was consistently replenished despite the rush. A special word of thanks goes to Nooh, who went above and beyond to arrange gluten-free options for my son, including a generous selection of pastries and bread.

In the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised by Mohammad Ali, the duty manager, who kindly upgraded me to a Haram-facing suite with a separate sitting room. He also extended executive lounge access, which was a thoughtful gesture that greatly enhanced our stay.

The following day’s breakfast, at 8:15 am, was a completely different experience—calm, well-organized, and serene. This time, we were shown to the Hilton Honors area, where the atmosphere was peaceful and the staff were attentive, engaging, and welcoming. Again, the food selection was plentiful, varied, and of high quality.

The hotel also offers a prayer facility (musalla) on B3, which is very convenient, and its location is excellent—just a short, easy walk to the Haram.

Overall, Conrad Makkah delivers a remarkable blend of comfort, service, and proximity to the Haram. The dedication of the staff, especially Nooh and Mohammad Ali, truly elevated my experience and left a lasting impression. I look forward to returning on future...

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to two incredible members of the housekeeping team at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah – Mohammed Abdul Rahim and Imam Hossain – for their exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion during our recent stay.

We were traveling with our children, who unfortunately fell unwell during our visit. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family, but the kindness and dedication shown by Mohammed and Imam made a tremendous difference.

Mohammed Abdul Rahim consistently maintained the cleanliness of our room with great attention to detail. He was always courteous, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful — regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, all while being mindful not to disturb the children. His commitment to high-quality service was evident every single day, and his calm, caring presence brought us real comfort.

A very special mention also goes to Imam Hossain, who went above and beyond when we needed help most. In the middle of the night, when our children were suddenly sick and began vomiting, Imam responded immediately and with such professionalism and empathy. He helped us clean and sanitize everything with patience and care, never once making us feel like we were an inconvenience. His support during those stressful hours was truly priceless.

Both Mohammed and Imam demonstrated what true hospitality looks like — not just in the services they provided, but in the warmth, compassion, and human touch they brought to their roles. It’s not often that hotel staff feel like extended family, but that’s exactly how they made us feel.

Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah should be extremely proud to have such outstanding individuals on their team. We will always remember their kindness and professionalism, and we are sincerely grateful for everything they did for us during a difficult time.

I am staying in room 1527 on the 15th floor, and I must take a moment to commend the incredible cleaner, Ramadhan. From the moment I entered my room, it was clear that his attention to detail and dedication to his work were exceptional.

The room was not only spotless but also beautifully arranged, creating an inviting atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. Ramadhan’s commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner, from the perfectly made bed to the gleaming surfaces. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it certainly did not go unnoticed.

Additionally, Ramadhan was always friendly and approachable, making my interactions with him a highlight of my visit. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel valued as a guest.

She handled each change with patience and professionalism, ensuring that our room was comfortable and suitable for my family. Raghad took the time to explain our options and made thoughtful suggestions that truly made a difference in our stay. Her warm demeanor and genuine care for our family made us feel welcomed and valued.
