The staff were amazing when they found out the issues we faced upon check in. ||Location is great. ||Beautiful courtyard and wall murals. ||Upon check we found that even though booking months in advance that we got two beds (put together) to make one instead of two as requested. ||No towels available in the room. This hotel is in a good and central position in the middle of Dakar. Rooms are everything but elegant (well, let's say they're quite ugly) but there's everything that a traveller needs. Bathrooms is ok. Even if rooms are not remarkable, the courtyard in the middle of the hotel is: a peaceful and relaxing place where to rest from the chaotic streets of Dakar. Have been coming to this hotel for several years now. Centred around a lovely courtyard restaurant filled with plants, it's a real haven near the centre of town. Courtyard has been recently redecorated and looking good. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is good. Also frequented by locals coming in for a relaxed chat.
