Hotel Zira Belgrade — Hotel in City of Belgrade

Staffs were friendly, however, they don't take the cleaning seriously; house keeping had never vacuumed the room carpeting, there‘re old rusty marks on the floor, the sitting chair had a broken leg, I had to keep my sitting balance at all time so I would not fall.

I checked in on September 19, 2022, next day (9/20/2022) the housekeeping had not shown up to clean the room so that I had to call them to bring clean bath towels. On September 21, 2022, the housekeeping came to clean the bathroom, bringing new bath towels, made the beds but never vacuumed the floor, nor changed bed sheets. On September 22, 2022 (Thursday), I started to cough so I began to quarantined myself in the room and did not expect the housekeeping people to do the cleaning until checked out 9/27/2022 early morning.

So I was not quarantined from the beginning when the housekeeping was not doing their jobs on the first day when I checked in; if the hotel wants to be a 4 star, then they need to perform a 4 star service standard which including not to put a broken, dirty chair in the room at the...

The best times are behind. The Staff do really the best what they can do. But what is the use, when the orgization fails? The Temperature in my room is every time to high. Even a complaint did not bring any improvement. Two times a week my keycard looses connection. Each time you want go out with your car, you have to get a stamp for a paper. This paper is need because the barrier ist damaged, which controlls access to the parking level. By the way, everbody can reach every floor in the Hotel without passing the reception. Is this a part of the security conzept? The Dinningroom ist lovely galery. But guess with table are not allowed to use by breakfirst? The Tables near by the Glases where you can see the street. The interior fittings got a lot of scratches. The Water from the shower runs out, so you see tracks of lime. The room is missing an chair and a desk where you can work. Also a Lobby is missing. Next time I come to Belgrad, I take the big Hotel...

The hotel is as described. Absolutely fine for a few days. It is quite close to Tasmajdan park and around 45 min walk to Belgrade Fortress. The location suited us because we were regularly meeting a group of people near the hotel. For longer stays, I would probably suggest a different neighbourhood and maybe a more lively hotel. |There is a supermarket next to the hotel that is very convenient. Public transportation available very close to the hotel as well.|The staff was pleasant and keen to help. Breakfast is small but sufficient.|We had dinner there a few times and the food was very nice. |It costs 3000 dinars to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport (you can get a fixed price voucher from the counter at the airport) and the same amount back to the airport with a taxi driver that doesn’t bring you the scenic route… |Overall nice experience...
