Lee — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

I went based on the reviews and I am truly disappointed. One of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Belgrade with such a poor selection! Two different dishes looked exactly the same - too much brown sauce for the lack of an authentic taste to be called otherwise

Vegetables consisted of cabbage and carrots only! The great Chinese cuisine that incorporates so many flavors, vegetables and different meats was not present here! Onions, peas, & peppers are not expensive in Belgrade, especially at this time, if broccoli, bok choi, gai lan, snow peas and bean sprouts are unaffordable…

Seafood is non existent and noodles or rice dishes are also missing from the menu!

Maybe it is okay for those who didn’t travel and don’t know better, but an average American Chinese restaurant would outshine them!

The bill is presented as a piece of paper with scribbled prices on...

The food was actually great! For me, a bit salty, but that's me, I know that ;) The service was super fast and very, very polite! Girl Branka rocks! I only wish that the heating eas better, seating a bit more comfortable and the lighting. Well, the lighting is so depressing, unfortunately. It makes you feel sad, just sad. The interior and especially the walls look a bit spent, but ai guess the owner doesn't care about making it more attractive and cody. Also, the stairs, at the entrance, be careful there, it's super-slippery...

My recommendation is to skip the restaurant. The service is terrible. I ordered chicken in secuan sauce and veal with leeks. The chicken arrived cold and not spicy. I had a feeling it was spoiled. As for the veal, more leeks arrived than the meat itself. We also ordered spicy and sour soup. The soup was not spicy and they put regular mushrooms, not traditional Chinese mushrooms. As for the ambiance, I doubt they have renovated anything...
