We had reservation on new year holiday. From 2 to 8 January. We arrived at 11:00, the specified check-in time, but the room was dirty: there were three bags of trash in the kitchen, dirty towels, the floor, and the bed linen were in disarray. Cleaning started only an hour later. After a four-hour drive, we had to sit in a café with a baby. After cleaning, the floor in the room was still dirty, so we had to vacuum it ourselves as there were small stones everywhere. The sofas and walls remained dirty, the kitchenware was sticky, and the windowsills were covered in a large amount of dust. The door to the room was also dirty. The wardrobe had broken doors and bent hangers. The lights in the bedroom broken. In the kitchen, there was a greasy and damaged kettle, and the microwave had no accessible power outlet — the kitchen had only one socket. The fridge worked poorly: overnight, the food inside became covered in water or thawed. We asked for the trash to be taken out, but no one came for three days. Eventually, we had to do it ourselves, spending time searching for trash bins around the resort. We also bought the garbage bags ourselves. However, guests shouldn’t have to do this! We also inquired about laundry services. We were told that the maid would collect our clothes in the morning, but no one came until our departure. The room description also mentioned slippers, a safe, and childproof sockets, but none of these were present. We specifically relied on childproof sockets since we were traveling with a baby. We didn’t leave immediately only because all nearby hotels were fully booked. These apartments are not suitable for staying with a child. The cleanliness level is unacceptable. Veoma loše iskustvo! Rezervisao sam preko Bookinga i smeštaj mi je naplaćen karticom, ali vlasnik je tvrdio da nije naplaćeno i tražio da mu direktno uplatim na račun. Na kraju sam platio duplo – jednom preko Bookinga i drugi put direktno vlasniku. Kada sam pokušao da objasnim, nisu želeli da priznaju grešku.

Az apartman tiszta, szép és praktikus. Közel van a sífelvonókhoz. A sípályák és a környezet csodálatos. Egyetlen gond, hogy nincs az apartmanhoz sítároló. Így a havas bakancsokat és léceket a szobában kellett tárolni, ahol nincs igazán hely erre. A parkoló igaz ingyenes volt, de nem takarítják. Ennek ellenére csak...
