-Today I was invited and heard about FUND DOMICILIATION AS A CATALYST FOR CAPITAL AND MOBILISATION AND INVESTMENT ECOSYSTEM GROWTH IN AFRICA.
With this people do need funds to go about their business.
I believe that if there is value, this will make it possible and done. It is important to attract and make this.
I find Domiciliation of this already fully fledged. These services makes Gross Domestic Product (GDP) lucrative. I do not undermine the capacity of the Cape region of this. We just find ourselves in just some of the current good approaches. What I would look on is to strengthen it.
I witnessed it’s rapid developments around our townships and the whole city to trust it and do my business decisions, Cape Town have got it. These means must reach the people ecosystem and grow.
So far I am satisfied. We have what it takes with the City of Cape Town, this is where I have lived 99% of my life, but I was happy to hear positive stories from others. It is quality so far that really is able to unlock finance over business and work.
I have been an entrepreneurial slacktivist and activist since 2006 to current, it is promising, full of hope and trust. I promote and attend to its provision. I have been preparing myself for fund Domiciliation capacity, so that I can be of service, ahead and meet the requirements for what I provide. It was quite a precision for me. I am the 2016 Western Cape Government Internet Written Story Category Competition winner from the provincial Department of Economic Opportunities and they gave me a Certificate and touch screen Tablet Phone. I have been capitalising on this, making my own strides, doing what I can and I must say, it does get to make business sense, just inform yourself and decide for where you are and what you can do and I am telling you it is better than doing nothing, with money you are able to put away.
Think about it, here at the Cape you have it at your convenient service, it does make returns on Capital and Investment Ecosystem for Growth. With this I am satisfied and happy. I am happy with doing self observation and hands on experience case study.
With this the networking and it’s ecosystem, with me I do testify of self development and growth. I want to use this to stay cushioned. I believe I can do more and have less threats for my needs. This is why I like to attend to these entrepreneurial events. I want to stay safe and secured, helping my associates. I am glad of taking advantage and privilege of this. I better advise people to put their own money to wards this and I promise them that they will get real life experience and have their money playing good games with them, every month you deal with your own financial means. Pay attention and go for it. It is not stupid, it listens to you and you do what you want with it. So you can control your money especially with the Information Communications Technology (ICT), you are hands on and able to have your family and associates to have its access online.
You can invest for a long term or work on it as your everyday responsibility. You can do all of this if you want.
With capital and investment you can grow. Let us make sure of this. So far I am thankful of the Cape. It will bring us more good being both open to local and offshore capital flows. This is great for our lives.

There was a queue for it taking up half the lobby so don’t be fooled by the “high-tech hype” of this place. We ended up finding the fire escape on the side of the building, entering through there and using the lifts from a higher level, thus avoiding the ridiculous lobby lift queue.
We were given a yummy birthday treat when we got to the room. The L room was nice, clean with a gorgeous view and electric blinds but some little details like the tap being so far away from the sink and spewing water all over the vanity, made it quite inconvenient. No bar fridge, kettle, or room service in the room but there was a fancy coffee/hot water machine in the hallways of every floor and purified drinking water from the bathroom taps.
Half of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating while the other half acted like they were doing us a huge favour by working there- spilt some juice at breakfast and one of the staff goes, “I’ll bring you a mop to clean that up”. Jaco was also very rude, allowing me to go into the lift while making my boyfriend wait at the back when we were going to same place and were on a time constraint. Parking security guard that was working on the Saturday night went above and beyond to accommodate us. The ride operators were also very welcoming, so they somewhat made up for the rude staff.
The breakfast was nothing special. Plates and cutlery were dirty.
Our initial planned sunset time for the Sky Ride was cancelled which was quite disappointing but the staff that were in-charge made it very easy to reschedule for the next morning. The ride was awesome, a lot more exhilarating than I thought it would be. The lovely staff and insane ride ended our very average stay on a good note.
The receptionist kindly gave us a 2 hour later check-out. The online check-in and checkout made things very convenient. Only issue was that our room key wasn’t working when we needed to get our stuff before we left and the cleaning lady refused to help us out, despite us explaining how we can’t spend another 30 minutes in the lifts to go down and get a new key. I somewhat understood as it is their job; however, I called the manager who understood our situation and kindly asked her to open up for us and she proceeded to question his authority and ask, “are you sure?” with a condescending look, which I found to be quite rude and unnecessary.
All-in-all, a below average stay. Won’t be coming back anytime soon, maybe once the hotel is actually ready to accommodate guests. Just seemed like they opened before they were ready and tried biting off more than they could chew. It was a pure chaos. So just note this “great” opening special comes with its...

While the hotel attempts to present itself as a luxurious and modern establishment, several issues significantly impacted the overall experience. Firstly, the rooms are undeniably small and frankly, quite cramped. Despite what the glossy photos might suggest, navigating around the bed felt like an obstacle course, and there was a distinct lack of space to comfortably store luggage or move freely. Some might even describe them as "claustrophobic," which is not what you want when you're paying a premium. This lack of practical space made the room feel less like a relaxing retreat and more like a glorified closet. Secondly, the amenities in the room were surprisingly lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. There was no mini-fridge to keep drinks cool, which is a basic expectation, especially in a city with Cape Town's climate. Furthermore, the absence of a kettle for tea or coffee in the room itself was inconvenient, forcing a trek down the hall to a communal machine. When you're paying for a certain level of comfort, these small omissions add up. The check-in and check-out times are also incredibly inconvenient. A check-in after 3:00 PM and a check-out before 10:00 AM severely limits the actual time you get to spend in the room, especially if you have early morning flights or plan to explore the city for the entire day. It feels like the hotel is trying to maximize turnover at the expense of guest comfort. While the hotel's location is generally considered good, the overall value for money felt poor. The price tag simply didn't align with the quality of the room and the issues encountered. There are other hotels in Cape Town that offer better space, amenities, and a more comfortable experience for a similar or even lower price. Lastly, some minor but irritating details further highlighted the lack of attention to guest comfort. The faucet in the bathroom was awkwardly placed, leading to water splashing everywhere, and the general cleanliness in certain areas seemed to be an issue, with reports of dusty surfaces. While the "designer" aesthetic might be "over the top" for some, the practicalities of the room and service seemed to have been overlooked in favor of flashy decor. In conclusion, while Hotel Sky Cape Town boasts some impressive views and a central location, the fundamental issues with cramped rooms, missing amenities, and inconvenient policies make it difficult to recommend. For a truly comfortable and satisfying stay in Cape Town, I would advise...
