Five O' Clock Zen Boutique Guest House — Hotel in Gauteng

From the arrival time departure,the customer service was excellent. We were met by Ernesto and Patricia.We were also greet by Dercia who also welcomed us and has a good chat with us.

All the staff was extremely friendly and polite and kind natured.

Ernesto assisted us with our luggage.He gave us his personal no in case we needed anything. Our room was very neat ,clean and smelled fresh.They prepared our room with some roses and chocolates on the bed for our anniversary. Two water bottles daily in our room, Tea and coffee,& sachet fresh milk & cremora on display for our personal use in the room. We also had some sort of an alcoholic drink ,not sure what it was. Beautiful long crystal like glasses and wine glasses also on display. The open plan kitchen area has a microwave . Ernesto was waiting to seat us .He chatted to us for a while and asked explained about the venue. Ernesto was also the chef .On our table was orange or cranberry/apple juice on the with a meduim size glass filled with muesli and fruit ,a small low fat flavoured yogurt.A menu is available with three choices. Two eggs,bacon , Vienna, tomato,two slices of toast ( brown or white) Omelete (succulent)filled with everything. French toast etc The food was freshly made..

The area was very well situated with a huge mall ,a variety of shops and banks and restaurants, like Hoghead, Tandoori,Ocean Basket ,Del Forno . The area is very safe. And the venue was...

The Egyptian cotton bedding, Kingsize bed and oversized luxurious towels were some of the most comfortable I ‘be ever experienced. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean and the bathroom had a (double) walk-in shower.||The Sherry in a glass decanter was a nice touch! ||Breakfast was served in a tranquil setting overlooking the pool area and was scrumptious with a good variety of fresh fruit and yoghurt, with the option of a freshly prepared hot breakfast . Cappuccino was offered every morning on arrival.||The facility was very private and quiet with a lot of emphasis on safety and security and had free parking onsite. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.||It is a haven in the midst of a busy suburban area and well located with a shopping mall situated within walking distance.||It was good value for money and I would definitely stay...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Five O' Clock Zen Boutique Guest House this past weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and treated with the utmost respect by the friendly and attentive staff.

The rooms were impeccable—beautifully maintained, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Brendan and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

The next morning, we were treated to a truly delightful breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served.
