Well positioned for those wanting to be close to the Urology Hospital like myself becausemy husband is admitted there. BUT I was negatively profiled, quite unfairly, from the time when I was still booking last Thursday. I found the person who was communicating with me on WhatsApp to be rude and even called me a booking fraud. Simply because I had paid for 1 day extra- after asking them twice to add 2nd day - and when I sent POP they claimed there was no space for me for day 2. When I asked for a refund for the 2nd night, which I was prepared to wait for even if it took long, I was accused of being a fraudulent booker. A FRAUDULENT BOOKER!!! I've booked in countless places, including for big family holidays, and I've never been treated like that before. In fact, anyone whose place I've used before would be glad to have me back. I expected that once they realized they were wrong and seeing me check in I'd receive some kind of an apology. But I checked out this morning without anyone caring to at least withdraw the unnecessary insults they threw at me. For that, I will never ever encourage anyone to use this guesthouse. It was disgusting behaviour to say the least. ADD: I see you've responded and being economical with the truth. In out conversation I asked first just after 11 if you can add a 2nd night and you did not respond even when you were responding to other questions. I asked again just after 12 - when chasing your 12:30 deadline to pay - and again you didn't respond. My only mistake was to pay for 2 nights before you responded because I was chasing your very tight deadline to pay for the room or lose it. I apologized for that and proposed I reverse payment for 1 night. As for using a friend's card, I informed you in advance and you had no problem with it. And I sent you a screen grab. I stayed at your place from Thursday to Sunday, if you had issues with the payment you should have raised it.
