I used to be a loyal customer (both in-store and via Uber Eats) until tonight. I placed an order at 21:07 and it never got delivered, instead it got cancelled at 22:50 (almost 2 hours later) with no comprehensive explanation and no apology. All other restaurants had closed by the time you guys cancelled my order so there was no alternative plan. I'm not feeling well and I hadn't eaten all day. I even took my medication on an empty stomach. It's 01:51 now and I'm going to bed on an empty stomach. The other time you delivered the wrong order and started dropping my calls when I contacted you to resolve the issue. I don't like complaining on public platforms but today you really hurt me. You guys really disappointed me in the most painful way, after years of support from the time you opened this branch when I was a student at Tuks several years ago. I went here with my wife and her friend to celebrate in December 2020 and it was the worst experience ever it started out great but the waiters basically forced us to share a table with strangers even though we had bought a bottle to accuire a table. We then continued to have a good time and somewhere along the line my wife and her friends drink was spiked by somebody at this club and we ended up having to leave because the were vomiting and I almost had to take them both to the ER. Some guys almost forced them to go to a hotel. I repeat watch your drinks at this venue as clearly management doesn't care about customers or what happens. The specials are a scam. Our waitress took so long to bring our drinks we ended up fetching them from the bar ourselves. There is supposed to be a buy one get one free. She stalls on purpose so that we don't order the special more than once. What's the point of the special? There is no logic behind the bottomless ribs, it's another scam. The special should be called bottomless plate not ribs. You're forced to order pap and ribs consecutively? Yet the special is called bottomless ribs.
