Great place with really friendly staff and owner, Bob is very kind and loves a good chat which is great.

The rooms are clean and well serviced, I would say the room we stayed in could have done with a better closet space. Some lights needed changing too, but all in all a pleasant room.

The breakfast was good and served quickly, staff super friendly and ready to assist. I noticed that some of the condiments like Ketchup and Tabasco sauce were empty, instead of being replaced they were simply left there empty, I think this is a small issue all and all which can easily be remedied through good house keeping practices.

It isn't Umhlanga chic - all concrete and glass, but way more welcoming. The rooms are big and comfortable with own entrance and patio and the hosts have thought of everything you might need - from plasters/insect repellant/iron/fridge/hair dryer/swimming pool (with spare towels)/honesty bar/ Landline telephone to a bottle of hand sanitizer! Breakfasts are just as comprehensive and beautifully presented. No fiddly foil-wrapped get-it-all-over-your-fingers butters or jams here. And reasonably priced on...
