Terrible service and incompetent staff! I noticed that the price for Chicken Wors was incorrect. I drew attention to 3 staff members and at the end also the store manager, but they all just looked at me and blinked and said that it’s the “correct price” instead of going and checking! I even showed the right price (R99.99) in the Woolies app to the manger, but he said “oh, it’s an online special” even though it’s always marked as such in this case. Then he referred to specials “changing each several weeks”, even though I just bought it earlier this week for the promotional price at another Woolworth 🤦‍♀️ My kids were waiting outside, so I just left paying the full price as 4 staff including manager don’t know a thing in their shop.

Next day I went to my regular Woolworth in Sunningdale, showed them receipt, the product and the broshure and they instantly recognized the mischarge and processed a full refund straight away being surprised Woolworth staff in Ocean Mall didn’t even bother fixing it.
