●MUSSEL POT (Mussels were cooked perfectly,seasoned well and the sauce was just rich and creamy,bread was nice and crispy,really great dish)
●HOLLANDAISE BITTERBBALLEN (Great dish,crispy and golden brown on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside,seasoned and cooked to perfection,the mustard sauce was amazing as well)
●PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS (Chicken was cooked well and just melts in your mouth,seasoned well and not overloaded with parmesan,what a brilliant dish)

Atmosphere was perfect a solid 10/10 Service was perfect a solid 10/10 Our waiter elvis made sure to make us feel at home and explained all the menu items and all sides,I have never in my time of going and reviewing restaurant met someone with such passion and enthusiasm about what he does in the waiters division from the moment we sat down till the end,he is a real hidden gem for that restaurant and I hope many more experience his amazing service. The trainee was abit nervous at times but as we all are when we approach a new job for the first month or two,but he was just as welcoming and did his best.

Read moreOn the 3 Jan 2023, we dined at Hussar Grill Oceans. This booking was made 2 weeks prior due to the number of guests. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly waitress, we ordered drinks and starters. Upon ordering drinks and starters we were requested by the waitress that we place our order for mains as the waiting period was around 25-30mins. We gladly obliged and placed our orders for the mains. The waitress had written down all main meal requests. A few moments later our drinks and starters had arrived, and from that point it all went down hill. What was supposed to be a 25-30mins wait for mains ended in an hours wait, to make matters worse half of the dinner party received their food while the other half waited. Mains arrived, steaks were not cooked to order, steaks that were ordered rare arrived well done, instead of the waitress immediately doing damage control she proceed to look through her notepad over and over again to justify that the steak were ordered incorrectly, after a few minutes of debating the steaks were then sent back to the kitchen and returned blue after waiting over an hour we had no choice but to eat an incorrectly made steak. Other guests had received protein portions but waited another 10mins further for sides. The ribs were chewy and not tender. Butter for veg sides were requested but never arrived. Not forgetting extra meals arriving for guests that were already eating. A negative rating was then given to the restaurant as part of a feedback form and Shannon from the restaurant reached out to me via Whatsapp for a convenient time to call me regarding my experience, I responded to the text however have not heard from her since. Before arriving at Hussar Grill Oceans, the expectation was exceptionally high, however we were highly disappointed.
