Avoid Fit24 Gym at Oceans Mall – An Absolute Health Hazard

I cannot overstate how disappointed and shocked I am by the state of Fit24 Gym at Oceans Mall. This facility is an embarrassment—not just to the gym industry, but to the Oceans Mall brand itself, which should be ashamed to host such a poorly run and dangerous space.

First and foremost, the staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and clearly not trained in customer service or basic gym operations. Worse, there appears to be no management presence whatsoever. No one is accountable, no one is checking on the condition of the facilities, and no one seems to care about the experience or safety of members.

The equipment is in a dangerous state of disrepair.

Treadmills slip while running, which could easily cause serious injury.

Elevation settings don’t work.

Pulling handles are damaged or falling apart.

Support cords on weight machines are visibly frayed and on the verge of snapping, putting every user at risk.

This is not just bad maintenance—this is a massive health and safety concern. At this point, I would not be surprised if someone is seriously injured due to the complete neglect of the facilities.

To make matters worse, the gym is filthy. There is no visible cleaning taking place, and equipment is clearly not being sanitized.

There are no sanitizing stations available at all.

The toilets are in an absolutely disgusting condition, with no cleaning or hygiene practices in place.

In an age where cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable—especially in a gym environment—this is both irresponsible and dangerous.

Fit24 Gym is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s clear that profits are being prioritized over member safety and basic human decency. Oceans Mall should take a serious look at this tenant, because their continued presence is doing active damage to the mall’s reputation.
