We highly recommend Glenfinnan Guest House to guests that prefer a quiet, clean, spacious, no load shedding, well run guesthouse with welcoming hosts, Asel and Nico. The upstairs view of the ocean is lovely, and the location is within walking distance of beach and town restaurants.

Asel makes delicious and beautifully presented healthy breakfast, with different locally made cheeses and breads and fruits that changes daily, and with her 2 Master degrees she’s very knowledgeable and intelligent on health and food issues, and she’s multi-lingual. Nico has an engineering PhD degree and has a quality control background, and can be counted on to be knowledgeable and helpful with any vehicles problems.

And there is another smaller furry host that deserves a mention as he is just absolutely delightful...

The welcome was refreshingly different from approaching a reception desk. We felt like very special guests. The rooms were immaculate, the kitchen lacked nothing as far as cutlery, crockery and utensils were concerned. The TV worked, all the plugs etc worked, and the water pressure was perfect. Glenfinnan is located in a quiet, safe area; quiet, but still close to shops and the beach. Our rooms were cleaned every morning and coffee, tea, sugar and sweetener, as well as toilet paper, were replenished regularly. We could use the very well equiped braai facility, or prepare meals in the comfort of our kitchen. I can really recommend Glenfinnan. I recently stayed at Glenfinnan Guesthouse in Langebaan, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
