Location: ||The location probably the only reason why people chose this hotel, near the DDP and Subway only walk for 5-10 mins. At the street corner, there is a small cafe the toast is really good. The local restaurant behind the little coffee shop selling the local food Ja Jang Mein is really good too. The convenient store just next to the hotel allows you to buy drinks and stuff easily. Very quiet at night, some restaurant opposite only walk about 5-10 mins. Near the DDP and Dongdaemun, convenient to go shopping at midnight. ||||Room:||The hotel allows guest to open window which is very good.||The cleanness is a BIG ISSUE. The room decor is very nice, looks stylish but not practical. I was arranged to stay in room 01, it is near the elevator. You can easily hear the sound from outside. When the roommate sleeps, you can't just turn on the bedside lights because there is no bedside light. The bed is not as comfortable, the bed sheet with blood stains and lots of marks. The bed with plastic sound. I stayed 3 nights in there, the bed sheet never changes even they clean up your room. ||||The most horrible is the bathroom, there is no hook to hang your clothes or towels. There is a big bathtub which is nice but there is some hair on it. No shower curtains when you do shower the water is everywhere the whole toilet gets wet, it's horrible. The design sucks!!!! The toilet with electrical toilet seat but I can see the stains inside the toilet bowl which is disgusting! ||||Hotel Services:||The front desk staff are cold especially the lady who duty at the daytime name with CHE is very rude (I can’t see her full name as she uses the pen to cover her name badge).||||Conclusion:||If you stay in this hotel do not expect too much otherwise you will feel regret. I was brought the package and I have fully paid so that I couldn't change the hotel if I can choose I will never stay in this...

Read moreWe asked for extra pillows through the phone. The first thing the staff mentioned was, I’m sorry I don’t understand English. -.- next, he tried, so I gave him a benefit of doubt he was earnestly trying to help. He googled the word pillow and he said sorry no we don’t provide pillows.
2nd, we were checking out and we asked for help from the front desk to call a cab for us. Wow plenty of excuses. “My phone app is locked, we cannot call for you.” So she insisted that they do not call for taxis at all for this hotel work policy. I said that I stayed in the designers at hongdaes and they were so god damn helpful when I needed a taxi. She just said no, she cannot get a cab for us. Thankfully it was easy to hail for one. Definitely I won’t return to this sickening hotel, and please do not ever stay in this hotel unless you are really desperate. Their staffs are all unhelpful and refuse to really to anything basic customer service at all. Having read their company’s website in their mission to make guest feel comfortable, I think either they are lying or have lost their way.
Their interior is poor as well and not well maintained. Dusts were on beams and hard to clean surfaces. Aesthetically they try to please but they cannot maintain it.
Next next time I’m at Seoul, I would definitely would spend a little more to get a better service and not stay in such a cheap place. You really pay what you get. You pay peanuts you get monkeys who refuse to help you at all.
Oh and its noisy, windows have no glass partition, just a netted material and wooden windows with blinds. Whatever happens along the street you can hear it.
The only thing worthy of the praise is, the nice soft duvet and nice standalone bathtub. But I guess this can be found in most hotels...
