Boutique hotel situated in an appalling area. Drug addicts,homeless and prostitutes use the street. A rehab centre is situated just around the corner. The street was used as a urinal. Hotel more suited to a one or two night stay. Only 5 coat hangers nowhere to unpack belongings,lived out of the suitcase. No kettle, so unable to make a hot drink - especially needed on the last night as an early departure time meant no breakfast the next day. No toilet brush and the t.v did not work. We needed to be back to the hotel before darkness fell, as did not feel safe in the area. Not what you want from a holiday! Only hot breakfast option was scrambled egg, which had an oddly...

Although the hotel is in the center, the neighborhood itself is, well, weird. Many times, they've offered us drugs on the street. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly. 17° or nothing - take it or leave it No wardrobe

Acta Mimic is a nice theater-themed hotel in the center of Barcelona. The theater theme isn't a random thing, the building itself has it's own interesting history as it was used by a local theater.
