Racó Art del Teatre — Restaurant in Barcelona

We where staying in Barcelona and we came across this lovley restaurant/ bar 🍸 and we have visited this place three times. The customer service is lovley and when we first arrived they reassured us, have a seat but look after your belongings showing care to their customers. The food service was great cooked for the right amount of time not cooked for juat five minutes and drinks where great. The dinners I ordered on different nights, where spaghetti bolonise 🍝 then had the chicken in bread crumbs with chips and salad and steak green pepper and chips. We had an amazing experience at Racó Art del Teatre! The food was excellent. The tortilla de patatas was perfectly cooked, soft and flavorful inside, and the fresh salad that came with it was simple but delicious. We also tried the escalopa, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. The location is great too, right near the Apolo Theatre, which makes it perfect for a meal before or after a show. I was incredibly disappointed. Terrible service. Order was completely forgotten and waiters were very unattentive. I ordered the paella and a falafel wrap. I waited for over an hour for the paella and nothing came. The falafel wrap itself took nearly 40 minutes. The reason, which was only given after we reminded the waiter of our order, was: "The kitchen is very busy." It was 4:30pm on a weekday and we were one of two occupied tables.
