I want to write a totally honest review. Firstly the good stuff. The price of Everything was very reasonable, not only the apartment but everything around; the supermarket on site, the restaurants in the town etc... the pool was great, very clean, very big and lots of space around the edge for sun bathing. The sunbeds cost €5 a day and come with a cushion, the person who runs the sunbed operation is efficient, friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. Now, onto the things to be aware of: The instructions for arrival at the airport appear clear upon reading. But then when you "look for the logo" of the travel company providing transfers it is unclear because it is so small and below a different logo with a different name. We did eventually the stand but after a long time. The journey from the airport was short and enjoyable. Upon trying to check in with our names, the guy on reception said he couldn't help us and we'd need to read our email for instructions. Our email had no instructions. The guy on reception said we'd need to go to their office in Malaga. We called the number on the email and were informed their office was in fact in the apartment building. I explained this to the receptionist and fortunately a person from the holiday company arrived at reception. It turned out our key and all the information we needed was at reception with our names on. When we got to our apartment, which was clean tidy and spacious with a great view, we discovered the WiFi didn't work. (Not a huge issue but a frustration nonetheless). When we went to the office the next day (office hours 10am til 2.30pm but no one there from 1pm onwards) we asked about WiFi and were given their WhatsApp for any other queries at any time. We were told WiFi would be sorted within 24 hours. It was never sorted and one of the staff members seemed rather annoyed when we asked a 3rd time. Our WhatsApp messages were never responded to.
Overall we really enjoyed our holiday but those few areas around the customer service and instructions made for fruition that could have been avoided and set a tone that could have been avoided. I'd definitely recommend the location and the apartment. The reason for the three star review was just the poor communication and customer service. I'm sure with a few tweaks that could be improved. Certainly don't avoid this organisation just be aware. And, hopefully they'll read this and make the changes they need to make for five star reviews...

The staff looked like they were there against their will and were not friendly at all. On Sundays and Mondays, the luggage storage is closed (I’m not sure if this applies only in November or all year round). We were traveling with a child and politely asked the lady at the reception if she could just keep our backpacks at the reception for a few hours after check-out. Read moreNice place. The apartment was enought place. And complex is situated on the best place. But there were same bad things. There was only one toilet paper, 20 ml dish detergent. Only one coffee capsule ( usually we need two capsules for breakfast). So me had to go to shop immediately second day. Second thing what was bad. Fee for deck chairs by the pool. And last bad thing. It wasn't possible pay by entrance wristband ať the bar in place...
