Great views! This frontline restaurant has lovely views of the sea. The tables had nice fresh linen table cloths which was nice to see. The service was friendly and polite but we do not like seeing staff, especially those that served our food smoking. We ordered Chicken kebab and spaghetti Bolognese. Whilst waiting for our food to arrive we were served 2 bread rolls that came wrapped in cellophane, aioli and olives, none of which we asked for and we sent the olives back as we do not like them. The bread was tasteless and would have benefitted from being warmed first. The chicken kebab was nice and well cooked. The spaghetti Bolognese was unfortunately very bland and contained little meat. We also ordered a glass of house red wine which tasted as though it was left over from service the night before? When we received our bill (although not un expected) we noticed that we had been charged for the bread that we had not asked for. The rolls were only a couple of € so not a big deal, however sadly the practice of offering chargeable coverts still seems to be the norm in Spain but it is something that we really dislike! We chose to have lunch here based on the good reviews, unfortunately based on our experience we would not return...
Read moreLynn and I went there 22nd September 2024, service was top notch once again, we were here last year so coming back here was a no brainer. I had the filler steak with French fries and bread. The steak was cooked perfectly loved it. Lynn had the mixed kebab of beef and chicken also with french fries. The only downside it we did ask for Spanish potatoes, but the restaurant was absolutely packed and very busy. So it wasn’t a big issue. We enjoyed it all the same. Despite it being busy we were served reasonably quickly. The restaurant is lovely. I had the sweet of homemade rice pudding. Which was lovely too. I’d highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back for a third time before we fly home to Scotland. Thank you for a...
Read moreThis place has amazing Paella (there is a wide variety and large portions of seafood in the mixed Paella). You are able to order just a single portion for one person which is still enormous and only 10 euros! The Sangria here is also very good and homemade, one of the best mixes available in the area. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, traditional Spanish in every way. Barbecue is on the go throughout the night with a range of options, like the popular sardines. The atmosphere is pretty good but the outdoor terrace could do with a little revamp, the bathroom however are quite modern and clean compared with other establishments in the area. I would not recommend the onion soup, however the garlic prawns...
