BIBO Casas Del Albaicín — Hotel in Granada

Good location, but a nightmare with luggage. No cars or cabs can reach the hotel, so we had to haul our bags up the street. The apartment is hard to find, with no clear signage. The biggest issue? No working lift.

We emailed ahead to confirm there was an elevator, as we had heavy sports gear. Staff assured us there was—but when we arrived at night, there was a sign that the lift was out of order. They put us on the top floor (three steep flights up!) and when we requested for help, Marta, the staff said that they did not help with luggage, as it “wasn’t (their) fault.”

1st Day we went crazy looking for the apartment all the streets looked the same when we got there the apartment was fantastic it had everything Washing machine, Iron, it was nice and cousy... the área is very centric for shopping and to eat especially típico morrocon...

Jolie deco, rue calme du quartier typique de lalbaycin (ruelles++) mais eloignee du parking san augustín (15 min) recommande par letablissement. Pas de receptión physique sur place : si besoin elle est au 51 de la rue DARRO le long de la riviere. On peut y obtenir des bons de reduction pour le parking (50%). Le canapé lit et son matelas ne sont pas propres (appt 101) : taches multiples. Des cheveux sur les draps et taies doreillers. Des ampoules qui clignotent a changer. Les appartements sont disposes autour dun patio : tres sonore. Securite ok. Nous avions demande 2 lits simples : nous avons eu un lit double et un canapé lit ( tres peu...
