Platónica — Local services in Granada

What started as a very positive experience turned into a negative one. I bought a ring from this shop when in Granada. A beautiful ring with an Islamic architecture-inspired design. However, after wearing the ring a handful of times, the ring completely broke from the middle (see the picture). I wrote multiple emails to customer service, but I have received zero replies back.
