We turned up at 7.40pm but the man advised they weren’t open until 8pm. After 2 weeks eating our way through Portugal and Spain I specifically wanted rabbit tonight. Sat down at 8pm the waiter was very helpful and prompt. We had a drink and then ordered the Pulpo salad. Rabbit with Garlic and Pig Cheeks (and a bottle of Vino tinto). Salad was good, rabbit didn’t disappoint. It had so much flavour (waiter brought me extra serviettes, he indicated I’d need them). I gnawed every piece off meat off those bones delicious. The pig cheeks were excellent. The old dining area is very interesting to dine in. With a view at the back to the Alcazaba. The wine went well with both. The service was excellent and we really...

The place is undeniably charming, and the atmosphere inside is pleasant. The food was good, but quite average, and my dish had far too much oil, although the others were fine. However, the real issue with this place is the incredibly rude and unkind service. We were served by who I believe is the owner, and her attitude was shockingly unprofessional. It’s disheartening to be treated with such superficiality, as if customers don’t matter. The only 'thank you' we received was on the receipt. This level of service truly soured the entire experience, leaving me frustrated, disappointed, and upset. Everything else was fine, but the poor service ruined what could have been a much...

Qué were not overly impressed, we came with six people and the owner stressed multiple times that we'd need to order from the menu to sit at the tables. Fine. We did. I ordered two salads and two mains, to my view the salads were very small for the price, they were supposed to be different dishes, seemed identical, cost twelve euro, had unidentifiable chewy bits (chicken? Reconstituted chicken), not great. My husband didn't like his huevos rotos, my lamb was greasy and lacklustre. Despite the location underneath Alhambra, no view. Toilet was okay. I feel we overpaid. Arroz for tapas was...

This is a really special restaurant nestled in a touristy area, but very authentic and owned by a sweet couple. The food is really shocking good and the tables at the back of the restaurant have a perfect view of the Alhambra and the river. We came back for dinner after coming for breakfast and couldn’t recommend it more. Among many other tapas bars in the area, Ras stands out with excellent service, high quality food, and most importantly good vibes among the patrons any given night. Definitely check this out!

Excellent food, great service. Very good value. I walked past the place and liked the cosy atmosphere and the look of the tapas menu. Had a white wine and anchovies in vinegar. Went back the next day with friends and we had a selection of tapas, with wine and beer. Excellent food and prompt and friendly service. The place is very small so you might have to wait a bit for a spot at the bar if you want tapas ( they only serve the main dishes at the "normal" tables, which is standard in many places in Spain).
